I spearheaded the design of the Quire Timeline View, guiding it from concept to implementation. Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, clarified technical limitations with the development team, transformed user feedback collected by the customer success team into various scenarios, and provided easy-to-follow feature specifications.
